They are the key enterprise in China chemical industry, one of the 7 government-designated condom manufacturers in China.

All of their condom products have passed FDA(US), CE, SABS & CCC (China) certification. In 2002, Qingdao Double Butterfly Co., Ltd. have gone through ISO9001. In the year of 1998, Qingdao Double Butterfly Group Co., Ltd. and London International Group established a joint venture to produce and sell Durex condoms. It is the sole condom JV in China. SSL group bought out China part stocks in 2007, when it became a sole corporation. As SSL group was acquired by RB in 2010, it became the wholly-owned subsidiary under RB group.
